Yes, very unusual and I know Amazon to not skip steps like this so quickly. L9s are like VP of a big division within amazon as their executive group is at L11s. Something doesn't sound right here. [/quote]

It is a completely different thing then. Please stop misrepresenting. An L9 at amazon is totally different than an L9 equivalent somewhere else. Amazon has these steps and scale for a reason.[/quote]
