I think really quickly the peer pressure will be to stop wearing masks. I am having my kid practice "My mom is making me wear a mask so I don't test positive before spring break" for when kids ask him why he's still wearing one. I do think a lot of parents feel that way so hopefully it'll be a non-issue.

FWIW, spring break travel truly is the only reason he's still wearing a mask. We're going on a cruise that has been rescheduled 4 times since March 2020. We are all so ready for that trip. If I wasn't worried about testing at the port, I wouldn't really give a flying f about the mask. I'm quite liberal but we're all vaccinated and I'm not worried about getting seriously ill at this point. I was hoping the policy updates would come after spring break but c'est la vie.[/quote]
