We have been looking for a year now, our 4th offer was rejected yesterday, it was for 2.1 m. We are not looking for a McMansion, not too big. Around 4000 sqf yet not too dated. THERE IS NOTHING OUT THERE. (We are looking Mclean and Great Falls due to our commutes)[/quote]

It's been sitting empty waiting for someone to buy the $5.5m house they want to put there instead.
