I don't know why I am playing into this, but sure. Here is the easily found data that you will probably pick apart and say the crime rates were lower in 1950 so it can't be an ALL TIME LOW.

And because I assume you will not actually go through those despite asking for a link, here's a snapshot of the homicide trends over the last 20 yrs. As you can see, 2012 was a record low. There is a 156% increase in murders when you compare 2012 to 2021.
