[/quote] You can vote Elrich out of office (or try to), because the office he currently holds is county executive, and he's running for re-election. If somebody else gets more votes, then he won't have a second term holding office as county executive.. But you can't vote Riemer out of office, no matter how hard you try, because the office he currently holds is county councilmember, and he can't run for re-election for that office.[/quote]
