The atmosphere surrounding our schools is quite toxic nowadays.  And your wish won't come true for sure.

Started from 2015, disciplining a disproportional number of black and hispanic students was discouraged.  Then, arresting a disproportional number of black and hispanic people was also not favored.

Do we want teachers, admins, or security guards to handle stabbings? guns?  Or handling strong and violent students?

Those people from county PTA, teacher union, or other leadership pushing for dropping the number of disciplining and arresting cases have been celebrating their success. [b] In reality, they have simply made the learning environment harder to manage.  [/b]
