Our nonprofit daycare/preschool has been through the ringer the last two years and is only barely still financially solvent- do places like this really want to risk a lawsuit? Our center has had one positive case this entire time- so requiring the vaccine now under EUA doesn't seem worth it. The low rates among kids are more due to lower spread among kids than the old navy masks they are wearing. [/quote]
