Agree that location is most important.  We stayed at HHV in Aug with 4 in the room and a roll away.  The room was fine but the resort was crazy busy. Long waits for elevators, long waits for food, towels, no pool chairs, etc.  We went to Kauai after and it was so much better! [/quote]

Was at the Grand Hyatt is Kauai this past August at peak of the peak summer travel. It was busy, but we loved it and never felt overwhelmed or packed with people.[/quote]

+1 we were there in Aug too and it didn’t feel crowded at all even with the hotel fully booked.   HHV was so crowded it was crazy - I’ll never go back and this is from someone who has stayed there many times.  Grand Hyatt is such a peaceful experience after the madhouse HHV was.[/quote]
