[/quote] Nowhere did the commenter say he/she eats only one meal a day. Intermittent fasting does not automatically mean one meal. I agree that "three square meals" is something embraced by modern history (and for good reason, especially child growth) but is in no way the correct way to eat for everyone, especially adults. As evidenced by our ever increasing obesity numbers. [/quote]
