Fact is, there are many reasons for the current teacher shortage, dealing with rude parents and unsupportive administrations being only two. There's also the low wages relative to other higher paying jobs and a lot of other job opportunities available. There's also the teachers who don't want to return to the classroom, yet; so their choice to leave the field. etc. etc.[/quote]
