Yes, EDP 4 is pretty much rec. You might get one or two decent teams.  I'm thinking CCL1 = EDP 3 on average.

But in general, it depends on the age, so this is almost impossible to do. And I'm not so sure MLS Next > ECNL at least in the DMV.[/quote]

I disagree with this.  Richmond would be more than fine in MLS Next, and Loudoun would not disgrace itself.  McLean and BRYC would indeed get mowed down.[/quote]
