4th grader???  I would have been okay if the book was about adults but not under-aged kids. What message are we sending here? What are we encouraging? HS kids should go out and look for elementary school kids to bang? FCPS and many of these school districts are becoming lawless. [/quote]

The context is that the main character has like one friend, his bf. This friend was making homophobic comments but main character didnt say anything like “come on man, stop” because he had this secret in his past re hooking up with this kid.[/quote]
