This is true

Bondsmen in Fairfax are being ruined by Descano. I don’t imagine the crowd reading posts on this web site will cry many tears for bondsmen and their businesses, but they do occupy a lot of commercial real estate in Fairfax. If they go belly up, there will be a lot of empty storefronts near the court complex in Old Town Fairfax

Arrestees are now mostly released with a summons. Many of them then blow off their court date, get in more trouble, and have a warrant for Fail to Appear in addition to whatever new crimes they commit

And for those worried about overcrowding, that is a laugh. Thanks to these new prosecutors, jail populations in the DC area are quite low these days[/quote]
