Because it’s not late yet. If you don’t know by this Friday afternoon, then it’s fair to call. But it will be up by then. And they always have lists at the front door on the first day. Agree. Plus they are getting set up for the year. Fielding unnecessary phone calls that will be answered in next few days could be a huge time suck. Their job is more than picking up the phone. Have a speck of patience?

Our school hasn’t updated teachers yet, and while I’d love to know now I figure we’ll find out at the open house at the latest. Or first day. At some point the kid and teacher will connect. On the bright side our iPad seems to have been updated and lists the proper grade for homeroom.  [/quote]
