No I don’t, and I’m also a coffee person. Trust me, you don’t need it. It is too quick and intense of a morning. I wake up, throw on workout clothes, spash face, brush teeth, head to gym (or basement). The less time you spend putzing about in the very early morning pre-workout, the better you will feel. It is like ripping the bandaid off. You to wake up and get right to it, otherwise your motivation will start to wain and you will come up with things to need to do in the morning instead.
Morning people are so fascinating to me. This morning, my cat woke me up from a dream at 8:30 and I needed to make and drink a K-cup in order to shake off enough cobwebs to make a pot of real coffee. Now that I've had my 3 cups and my oatmeal, I'll do my "morning workout" on the treadmill at 11. I cannot roll out of bed and function at all. (On weekdays, I sleep from 12:30 or 1 am until 7:30 or 8, work from 9-5:30 or 6, and do my exercise in the evening (an hour sometime between 7:30 and 10). I don't think I've gone to bed at 9 pm since I was 7 or 8 years old.
