Trust me, you don’t need it. It is too quick and intense of a morning. I wake up, throw on workout clothes, spash face, brush teeth, head to gym (or basement). The less time you spend putzing about in the very early morning pre-workout, the better you will feel. It is like ripping the bandaid off. You to wake up and get right to it, otherwise your motivation will start to wain and you will come up with things to need to do in the morning instead. The post workout, post shower coffee is so much better anyway. [/quote]
