[/quote] +1 At this point in time any person claiming to have trouble finding a job to meet basic needs such as food and housing is being too picky, not actually looking or just lazy. He could get a job as a server at a busy restaurant and make bank at this point.[/quote] It's not clear who OP is in this situation and what all OP knows about available resources and custody situation (whether baby daddy even wants custody, etc.) But if he "can't" find a job, he just isn't trying all that hard.
