I was in the army too and if women in their 20s-30s did low 40s, that was “maxing” their PT test and they would be pretty happy. 99% of women of any age were not doing over 50, with vast majority being under 40 push-ups. I knew one woman that could do maybe 70s and she was in her 20s and a former collegiate gymnast. [/quote]
