A 14 year old is not qualified to watch 4 kids plus manage her own education. She clearly has money for the things important to her like her hair and nails. She can pay for a adult babysitter or have the kids go with their Dads'. Its not the neighbors job to take care of her kids.[/quote] +1[/quote]
