It's been decades since I've looked at the "instructions" that come in the box, but I remember them showing an illustration where the woman had one leg up on the toilet for insertion, and another with the woman sitting on the toilet for insertion. It also specified that when you take it out, to use the same position you used for insertion.[/quote]
