If your mom and gma are willing to take some time holding the baby and letting you sleep, and maybe trying some of their own baby calming tricks, then I'd do that. I also think that you sounded like you liked the idea of sleeping with your mom. Could you all go to your mom's and have you share with your mom and the baby, and give Dad and the toddler the alcove?[/quote]
