I vaginally birthed an 11 lb baby. It was my first. They told it me it might be 7.5-8 lbs. I did not have any abnormal damage from the birth, just fame in the hallways of the maternity ward as people looked at me with awe.
Girl or a boy? I've had 2 10lbers. Boys have larger shoulders and more shoulder dystocias- that's when there's a problem because of the baby weight. I don't think anything else about baby weight matters. It's whether the shoulders are large. I had very, very long labors, but was okay, it was just the boy who got stuck. Mine were also 22", so the weight was stretched out a bit. I'm 5'1 and 120lbs, so everyone was surprised by my gigantic babies. 11lbs is crazy though! I hope at least the baby slept and ate well because it was big!
