OK, I dislike Riemer more than almost any other politician out there, but Gayles doesn't own the guidance and information he tells people.    He's the public health officer after all.  He's supposed to give us guidance.   And Riemer is just educating his constituents with that note.[/quote]
The guy is so egotistical that he thinks Riemer should cite him when repeating his guidance. But in any case, I'm not going to defend Gayles but I can see a situation if you work [b]in the vicinity of Riemer for long enough that you would just interpret all of his behavior as craven[/b].
