He must seen other kids on tv or outside and something told him inside: I want to look just like that! he will never tell you. More ahead.

New association with something bad, either dream or something else that made him to have a new fresh look at them.

That can happen to anyone at any age. In this case, overload and his body has too much of bromelain.
