My toddler once told me "Mom, I want to talk in your face!" for when he wanted to tell me a secret. It was so cute that now I just say the same phrase anytime I want to whisper something to him!

My 2.5yo DS started calling me big sis a few days ago and has not called me anything else since. He also out of the blue sang Little Drummer Boy nearly word for word yesterday.

Almost 4 year old (so a bit out of toddlerhood but they stay weird until about age 5): "Mommy, I made you this card for your birthday. It's nice because usually I am rude."

She's actually rarely rude but her older brother is so I think she's picking up on the scolding!
