The youthsoccerrankings (the ones posted above) are not based on tournaments - they're based on all games played including league play.  They're not perfect - no ranking system is - but they are way, way better than gotsoccer and others.  They do still struggle to get the relative rankings of different leagues correct where there aren't too many games played teams from between the different leagues.  So they used to overrank ECNL and CCL clubs wrt to the ex-DA clubs for example.

So - yes - Skyline may be a little over-rated by YSR compared to some of the other clubs - but it's not completely out of line.  And - from my watching games - I would say that Skyline are definitely better than plenty of ECNL clubs an a number of age groups.

Sure. But when they faced other ECNL/ GA teams they got beat up. We don’t like scrimmages on DCUM, but; when they played them thee did not do well. Will they step up and get more competitive?[/quote]
