Meaning high school in a few months. A 13 year old will be driving in 3 years. If your kid plays sports or does an after-school club, it is reasonable to expect that she can safely walk home at 6:30-7:00pm. It is insane to think that a female, here in the United States, a first-world country, can’t walk home in the evening safely. THAT is the problem.
