I think we totally overstate the idea that fertility declines in the late 30s, and so a lot of people think it's "unlikely" to get pregnant from one time when you are in your late 30s or early 40s, so they roll the dice and figure the odds are in their favor. It's just not very uncommon and we are doing people a disservice by overstating the fertility declines. [/quote]
