The girls becoming best friends, cloud being high all the time, and them meeting Johnny at KPOC is in the book. Other than that, it's all new content. I dont' want to spoil anything here but for example, Sean is not gay in the book; Kate and Johnny have three kids (Marah, and twin boys); there's no Tully/Max plot, etc. [/quote]
