She did not steal, did you also realize that she is disabled?  She used the internet without permission.  BTW that is not spanking.  A spanking would have been like this.  "Young lady, I am disappointed with your behavior, I want you to understand their are consequences for your actions". Then calmly giving her 3 smacks with the belt, on her backside. I don't think spanking should be done with a belt, but I know it can be done in a proper manner.  Then, after the spanking the child should be held and told how much they are loved and how the parent wants the child to grow up to be a responsible adult. By the way spanking is not effective on children older than 10 years old.  All a beating like that would do is cause the child to resent the parent.  If the beatings were so effective, then why was the girl constantly in trouble?  The truth is, this man got off on hitting her.  Both parents did, and he used it in a perverted manner.  I could tell that he is a pervert, I am sure he also sexually abused her. [/quote]
