I still eat cookies and chips and pizza, I just do a better job with portion control and I don't eat them as frequently. Part of the reason I wanted to lose weight was because I knew it would only get harder and I wanted to be at a healthier weight for after menopause. That said, you can lose weight at any age but your approach to weight lose is going to be different and you have to focus more on how you modify your daily diet to allow you to drop, and later maintain, your weight.[/quote]
