However efforts could be made to form their brains , but the politicians can't be othered to address that aspect. They do spend some time in jail and could receive education, training and counseling and real support and monitoring on release. Instead they learn some new tricks in jail, gain street cred, saw off their ankle bracelets on release and sneak out past the by the hour monitor at their poorly run halfway house to commit more crimes for which their unformed brain provides judicial releif.[/quote]
