The mere receipt is not a crime, otherwise anyone could cause someone to commit a crime without any action on their part. And I am not sure someone is guilty of producing child porn by "asking" for something. I asked my husband to make burgers for dinner. If he makes them, I have no produced burgers.[/quote]
