He’s not on the steering committee. Lots of people in APE disagree with his lawsuit (which is part of why he’s been struggling so much to fundraise for it), and the steering committee has made it clear to him that he can only discuss it on their forum as long as he makes it clear that APE is not endorsing the lawsuit. Do you knowingly traffic in lies, or are you just too lazy to verify?[/quote]
