These are exactly the types of sociopaths who beat up homeless people.  They are bullies looking for violence.  Their gang initiation involves getting into fights.

Who do you think they are going to go after? Especially if there's no counter protests.

They also don't stick to just the plaza.  I would not be surprised to see them up in areas like Dupont circle or other areas where there are unhoused people.[/quote]
