[/quote] I grew up Mormon so there is the religious aspect for people, and while I don’t believe anymore I do see the general benefit of committing to a set of beliefs. And a benefit that was explained to me is that when you do have sex, you are going to associate all those good feelings with your spouse so it’ll draw you closer. I found out that this is BS because a lot of Mormons eventually feel like they missed out so they swing or live poly lifestyles, even if they doing leave the church (or they just deal and hold a grudge).
