x1000  My answer:  NOPE, it is highly doubtful.  This crew of Justin et al is more of the 'mother come move me I'm burning' kind than anything else.  How we ended up with such a bunch of pea-brained weenies in charge is beyond me.  In short order that area will be such a congested roadblock that no one will be able to get in or out, including the ambulances.[/quote]

Nailed it.  They can put in a ramp from Shirley Highway and then run the gurneys up and down it like a slalom so the ambulances can get patients in and out.  It should be great.  "Hi, folks.  I'm Auntie Em's doctor.  The good news is that the car accident didn't kill her and she arrived at the top of the ramp ship-shape.  The bad news is that she didn't make the hairpin turn in the ramp and then her gurney hit a bump so she and the gurney parted ways.
