You don’t need to go for a walk. Stay in your damn house. If people did that when this started, we wouldn’t be in this mess now. I’ve left my home maybe -MAYBE- two dozen times since April. Yeah, IMO it is sad that some people have such extreme irrational fear of COVID that they do greater secondary harm to their own mental, physical and social well-being, but unfortunately they can't see that. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever not to take walks at a distance or visit family/friends outside with a mask/distance. Heck, even get in your car and drive around and see the world and don't get out. Not a single doctor or scientist recommends this extreme of isolation quarantine. They really do need encouragement that they are doing more harm than good by avoiding beneficial activities that carry a .00000001 risk like walking at a distance.[/quote]
