I am also a former college coach, albeit on the mens side. The only caveat I would add to your above statement is that when a club wins, they tend to advance and play against the other better teams. I want to see a young person compete against the top talent and with higher stakes, if it can be achieved. The only way to find out (sort of, as I realize it is in summer) is to win and get to the playoff round. If your daughter is on a team that is constantly competing to win tournaments, then I have more chances to watch the athlete compete under the tougher conditions. It's not everything, but it helps.[/quote]
