Having multiple clubs benefits the DMV and offers a place for all levels and interests in travel lax. I'm confused as to why you would lump MC Elite, Pride & Rattlers together. They are very different Clubs and compete in different tournaments and brackets. In fact, Rattlers doesn't even go to the same tournaments as the other 2 clubs. I'm not a Capital parent, but I think all of these attacks are pointless and petty.

This, unfortunately, leads her to lean on the Deputy Director for policy decisions and he doesn't have very good judgement. He has proven that while he can take superior talent and win with them he is not a strong coach or developer of skills and his own ambitions are the most important criteria in almost all of his decisions.
If her intentions were good, you would be able to gather all Capital goalies and their parents and they would be able to give you details on how the owner/US Team goalies spent hours of her time preparing them for what was next--each of them being different based on the year and individual goals. That is not the case.

Most of the time we aren't around at the end as we are already on another field getting ready to watch another girl. I've seen too much concern about W-L's at the club level by parents scare some coaches away. If she is on a good club that plays at the right tournament we are at, that's ultimately what matters for your daughter.
