It was one thing after another.   So many hoops to jump.  The bar kept getting higher.

And then she was in a Trap they wouldnt return the children to her until she had a family unit, but she couldn’t get a family unit when the children were not living with her.  She was caught in a catch-22.  Months and months went by.  Eventually the kids hated coming to see her...it was only for 90 minutes one day a week, awkwardly, supervised.  It never opened.[/quote]
