Ed brings nothing to the counci except a reliable progressive vote. Marcus Goodwin, a DC native, is the only choice that will actually help the city move forward. Hoping that Progressive Ed can be reasoned with is a recipe for failure.
Having had a conversation with both, you are just a Marcus campaigner. Seriously, there is no comparison. As a matter of fact, I don't really know what Marcus stands for. I don't care about a reliable vote. I want someone who really understands this city and its budget. Someone who can ask tough questions and actually get something done. Marcus hasn't done anything. Sorry, smart guy, but not yet. And FYI, I could care less if someone is a DC native. What difference does that actually make? I came here in 1991 after college. I chose to be here. I am from MD. I could move back to my suburb, but I believe in this City and sent my kids to public schools in this City. This is my chosen home.
