Closer to 99% with perfect use. Average use 90%.

Perfect use means taking it exactly the same time every day. You miss a day and you're unprotected for a week. Hence oops babies.[/quote]

I used it for years and no oops babies. It doesn't give you the clotting and stroke risk like the estrogen ones. I just set a timer to take it at the same time every day. Not that hard. [/quote]
Me too. Until I had a serious allergic reaction and went to the hospital and with a bunch of little kids around totally forgot I hadn't taken it lol.
