No one broke into anyone's home. The streets belong to the public. Violating curfew isn't a felony. I'm either arguing with a retard (also, see inability to master simple formatting) or a 12 year old.  If I'm carrying a rifle down King Street tonight and some idiot attacks me with  blunt instrument and I shoot and kill him I have committed no crime. Same with Kyle.
