Her website has much of the material in the book as well as transcripts of her podcast. The advice is simple and repetitive for good reason, and might help you reframe your child's behavior and your reactions. The whole 'let feelings be' was a revelation to me. You're not a bad mom and most of us have felt like this at some point.[/quote]
