Tell her at the end of vacation because if she finds out that the estate is going to this new wife (legally due to the marriage unless he has a prenup or redoes his will) she will FLIP OUT. Not because she hasn't processed her own divorce (though that could be the case) but because she will be pissed he could be screwing his kids on his estate.
