Not OP but I couldn't tell you. But I CAN tell you about how when your older parent gets remarried and then passes away, and you get jack shit from his estate...
So you believe you were entitled to his estate? Where was that a given? I know some adult kids who are deserving of jack shit since they have nothing to do with their remarried parent, and the "gold digger" spends many years caring for their spouse. Adult kids are nowhere to be found during the rough times but sure show up with outstretched hands when the estate needs to be settled.

+1. Tell her at the end of vacation because if she finds out that the estate is going to this new wife (legally due to the marriage unless he has a prenup or redoes his will) she will FLIP OUT. Not because she hasn't processed her own divorce (though that could be the case) but because she will be pissed he could be screwing his kids on his estate.
