Lasers up has FAKE tracking.  So many times, their tracking will say my package was delivered, when it certainly was not.  Their customer service is unprofessional.  I have Prime, and I order several times a week, and consistently, Lasership is late, loses my packages, lies about their status, answers their phones unprofessionally, and sends unmarked cars with non-uniformed workers to my house, which freaks me out.  I despise them.

And I am not the only one.  There is a whole forum devoted to Lasership complaints at amazon's website.[/quote]
