You can track Lasership packages right here: http://www.lasership.com/message.php?msg=3
I've never had a problem with them, and we order tons from Amazon.
Lasers up has FAKE tracking. So many times, their tracking will say my package was delivered, when it certainly was not. Their customer service is unprofessional. I have Prime, and I order several times a week, and consistently, Lasership is late, loses my packages, lies about their status, answers their phones unprofessionally, and sends unmarked cars with non-uniformed workers to my house, which freaks me out. I despise them.
And I am not the only one. There is a whole forum devoted to Lasership complaints at amazon's website.

The only thing I've found so far that isn't exactly the same as Prime is that you don't get the free video downloads on Amazon's movie/tv streaming service, which 'real' Prime members do get.
Well I used to love my Amazon Prime till I read this. Amazon moms sounds like a better deal (free) if you're not using the free video downloads? Or maybe I should figure out this video downloading.
