I was even pissed my husband made such a big deal about my bday---huge, expensive catered surprise party...multiple dinners at hottest restaurants...I just wanted to crawl under the covers and hide. I also lost a parent the year before and was very down. It's 6 months later and I feel great. I look back and can't believe I was so down. I also look and feel better than I have in a long time.
